Great news for transport employees, 15% salary increase

Transport Minister B Sriramulu said that the state government has taken an important decision regarding the salary revision of the transport department staff today and it has been decided to increase the salary by 15%.

He tweeted about this and said that our government has now made the highest wage revision in the last 27 years. With this decision, all the four road transport corporations of the state will incur an additional cost of approximately Rs 550 crore, he said.

This is good news for our staff and we believe that our staff, who have always been known for good public service, will withdraw the bandh call they have given and will continue to provide good services as usual without any deviation, said Ramulu.
